Attribution Revenue visibility

Lead source attribution & revenue visibility redesign

A lead-source attribution framework that unified CRM, website, campaign, and warehouse data into one reporting model marketing and revenue leaders could actually trust.

The problem

Only about a fifth of pipeline had reliable source attribution. Leaders were making channel-investment decisions on data that was mostly guesswork.

What I built

  • A custom lead-source model in HubSpot using workflow logic across 10+ native and custom fields.
  • Unified data pipelines with SQL, Metabase, and Hightouch joining HubSpot and warehouse data to validate and enrich attribution, exposing true channel performance.
  • Dashboards for channel performance, marketing-sourced pipeline, campaign influence, conversion trends, and revenue impact.
Renewals Billing

Subscription renewal tracking & billing visibility

A SQL-based renewal tracking system giving revenue and client-facing teams accurate visibility into upcoming renewals across non-annual billing cadences tied to annual commitments.

The problem

Annual commitments billed monthly or quarterly were nearly impossible to track in HubSpot. Account managers were guessing at renewal dates.

What I built

  • Reconciled Stripe billing, internal DB records, and warehouse data in Metabase to pin down accurate renewal dates across monthly and quarterly cadences.
  • Closed the HubSpot visibility gap where annual commitments on non-annual billing were hard to track.
  • A filterable BI dashboard: each AM can view accounts by renewal date, days to renewal, billing cadence, and commitment status, with color-coded flags for upcoming and overdue items.
  • A reliable source of truth spanning AM, CS, Finance, Sales, and leadership.
Partnerships Payouts

Referral partner attribution & payout reporting

A referral-partner attribution and payout system connecting partner UTMs, coupon codes, revenue, refunds, and payout calculations into a single reliable source of truth.

What I built

  • Launched the referral-partner coupon tracking initiative, organizing partner-specific UTM and coupon mappings in Google Sheets feeding Fivetran and Metabase.
  • SQL in Metabase to track referral volume, attributed revenue, refunds, refund-adjusted revenue, and payout amounts.
  • A ClickUp process for the full partner lifecycle: vetting and scoring, exec sign-off, onboarding, marketing assets, contracts, check-ins, payout cadence, and offboarding.
  • Cleaner ways for Marketing, Finance, and Revenue to measure partner performance, calculate payouts, and scale partnerships.
