Lead Source Attribution & Revenue Visibility Redesign
Designed and implemented a lead source attribution framework that unified CRM, website, campaign, and warehouse data into a trusted reporting model.
- Built a custom lead source model in HubSpot using workflow logic across 10+ native and custom fields.
- Joined HubSpot and warehouse data using SQL in Metabase to validate and enrich attribution data and improve visibility into true source channel performance.
- Built dashboards showing channel performance, marketing-sourced pipeline, campaign influence, conversion trends, and revenue impact.
- Increased attribution visibility from roughly 20% to 75%+, helping Marketing and Revenue leaders make better investment decisions.
Subscription Renewal Tracking & Billing Visibility
Built a SQL-based renewal tracking system to give revenue and client-facing teams accurate visibility into upcoming renewals across non-annual billing cadences tied to annual commitments.
- Reconciled Stripe billing data, internal database records, and warehouse data in Metabase to identify accurate renewal dates across monthly and quarterly subscription billing.
- Solved a HubSpot visibility gap where annual commitments were difficult to track because customers were billed on non-annual cadences.
- Built a filterable BI dashboard that allowed each account manager to view their accounts by renewal date, days to renewal, billing cadence, and commitment status.
- Added color-coded formatting to call attention to upcoming renewals, overdue items, and important account-level renewal metrics.
- Created a more reliable source of truth for Account Management, Customer Success, Finance, Sales, and leadership.
- Reduced manual lookups and improved renewal visibility across 80 accounts representing $500K+ in ARR / renewal commitments.
Referral Partner Attribution & Payout Reporting
Built a referral partner attribution and payout reporting system that connected partner UTMs, coupon codes, revenue, refunds, and payout calculations into a reliable source of truth.
- Created the referral partner coupon tracking initiative and organized partner-specific UTM/coupon mappings in Google Sheets, which fed into Fivetran and Metabase.
- Used SQL in Metabase to track referral volume, attributed revenue, refunds, refund-adjusted revenue, and payout amounts.
- Identified approximately $200K in revenue attributable to referral partners, helping validate and expand the partner program.
- Built a ClickUp process to manage the full partner lifecycle, including vetting/scoring, executive sign-off, onboarding, marketing assets, contracts, check-ins, payout cadence, and offboarding.
- Gave Marketing, Finance, and Revenue teams a cleaner way to measure partner performance, calculate payouts, and scale referral partnerships.
